Abstract for Research Report In this study, based on Logarithm Conformation Representation, Adaptive Mesh Refinement, and Semi-Lagrange Method, the compressible Navier-Stokes equation in a nonconservation system is derived and its validity is researched numerically, through numerical simulation of the viscous Sod Shock tube Problem at Re=100, 500, 750, 1000.
