Abstract for Research Report Recently, there has been a growing effort to advance materials science using mathematical, statistical, and informatics methods. However, it is challenging for one person to fully grasp the breadth of each research area. This research focuses on fostering collaboration between researchers in mathematical/statistical/informatics sciences and materials science. In particular, two seminars are being held: 1) a workshop on current collaborations, and 2) Math and Materials DX. Through these seminars, the aim is to: i) create opportunities for collaborative research, and ii) foster the development of human resources who possess expertise in both fields.
